Pay attention to your initial #thought.

We run on our subconscious mind. As @drjoedispenza says: “95% of who we are by the time we’re 35 years old, is a memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, beliefs and perceptions that function like a computer program.”

To rewire your program, you have to become aware of, and then put it the daily(!!!) work.
It’s not easy, but trust me - it pays off big time⚡️

There is one thing I want to ask you for today - don’t fall for a guy who is already committed to someone else.

There is no easier target than a married man. I’ve been approached by a few, and I never went for it because I value not only myself but also other women.

I was in a situation when a guy showed me his wedding ring, and 15 min later he asked me if I wanted to go home with him.

If you believe he is the one - ask him to divorce his woman and then go for it. Let him make an adult decision before you decide to be with him.

The reason I talk about it is that recently I talked to women who were cheated on, who were approached by their husband’s new woman and asked to step away(!!!), who went through a divorce and had no idea how to build a life for themselves now. They’re in enormous pain.

Let’s not do this to each other. There is plenty of men for everyone. Let’s try to support each other instead of putting each other down.

Can we normalize being #single, please?

To make it clear - I’m all for relationships; I would love to be in one, and I’m patiently waiting for my equal.

But I’ve been single for the majority of my life, and you know what? It doesn’t hurt 🙂💁‍♀️

It’s still considered not normal (by those who haven’t experienced what self-acceptance feels like), but what’s considered normal is that you have been with someone for the majority of your adult life. Is that really “normal”? Not really, if you think about it.

With all the changes that we’ve been going through year after year, we need some alone time to get to know ourselves again. For some people, a day or a week is enough, but for others, it’s a few years (or more than a decade,)and that’s ok too.

Being single is as NORMAL as being in a relationship. It’s not like we live in a bubble; we go through similar hardships, and we have to do it on our own. And we learn, and we fail, and we get up again.

What I’ve been trying to say: It’s ok to be single for as long as you want to. You don’t have to explain anything to anyone.
